Locating and identifying individuals / families / communities that have been hand-crafting varied ware, through generations. Reinvigorating their dying craft by motivation and assurance of a sustainable economic model by providing them a global marketing platform. Liaising with the state government development blocks and NGO’s to build a robust and sustainable supply chain management system • Commercial and Administrative – Procurement of varied government licenses, pricing, taxation, alignment of regulatory requirements of customs duties and import guidelines/ policies across key target market countries. Overseeing financial accounting and management • Marketing and Communication – Identification of target markets/ segments across the world. Website conceptualization (team member).
