We are a non-profit organization with volunteer opportunities. The focus is to build bridges between clients and service providers. Our aim is to provide the most reputable and reliable care and low-income housing to our seniors. We are still in the building stages and working towards networking organizations that are willing to support our seniors, disabled and veterans to change one life at a time.
SDA Elderly Care was born after experiencing the difficulty of caring for my aging mother. I looked for services and resources that were not easily accessible. I discovered there are many seniors with low-income that were facing homelessness and others needing care. It was out of that experience that I decided to birth SDA Elderly Care. We started as an LLC on February 23, 2015, and became a nonprofit company as of January 1, 2019. We have provided affordable housing, resources, assisted living facilities placements, Medicaid Waiver referrals for seniors, referrals to 55 plus housing/subsidized referrals, resource referrals to seniors, veterans and disabled over the past four years.
