Managing a team of 10+ staff when the Directors have been off-site has been a challenging but rewarding position.

From leading and managing a team to the ins and outs of logistics, this position put me in good stead for the position I now hold of Operations Manager.
From Graphic Design to raw HTML coding I enjoed the challenges of being at the forefront of what was then called the World Wide Web (showing my age now), and now the Internet.
