Design and optimization of 3D harnesses and associated components . Prepare accurate & timely Harness drawings for release into customers system and plants. Carry out the analysis about Wiring harness Traverse section. Reviewing 3D design and manufacturing drawings against Nissan Design Specifications. Proposing and managing Engineering Change Requests. Liaising with customer to gather requirements and ensure that the design is compliant with customer requirements, processes and specifications. Actively involved in Design reviews, first article inspection and liaise with multiple experts to close all open issues. Validating the production board layouts. Actively involving in cost reduction activities.

Packaging of Electrical & Electronic components (like Control units, sensors, Antennas & Switches) in the vehicle. Working from initial concepts to create and develop a new harness routing in NX Designing of Various Plastics Components, Sheet Metal Brackets & Grommets related to Harness Packaging. Close liaison with system owners and BIW in order to meet their packaging requirements. Responsible for design related to VA/VE initiatives. Implementation of POKA-YOKE

To Lead a team and deliver projects of required quality on time from both project management and technical perspective Interacting with customer regularly for understanding specifications, project scoping and feedback on results and deliverables Forecast the manpower requirement for the project and co-ordinate with HR for recruitment of required talent Organize the work flow and work allocation for project in consultation with team members Budget the financial requirements for the project and adhere to budgets Monitor the technical outputs on the projects and ensure that it meets the project specifications Appraise, mentor and coach sub-ordinates to improve their performance and increase their competencies Plan on work, Estimate time for completion of individual module, set deadlines/milestones to deliver project on time.
