The Wine Tasting Shop is one of the best independent wine retailer in London. The motto of the shop: "Try before you buy" the company deals with off-trade and in-trade, 50%/ wine bar /50% wine shop. Besides providing wines, customers can order some foods to accompany their wines as charcuterie and cheese. The Wine Tasting Shop organize a weekly event tasting with different themes such as Californian, Italian, Sparkling or new world tasting. The in trade formula helped a lot to increase the off trade sales and turn over of the company. I was in charge of the marketing side, launching The Wine Tasting Shop's new project "Cellar2sofa" (selling wine online), launching The Wine Tasting Shop's new product called the Macabeu (the owners of the shop produced a white wine in south of France). It was the opportunity to promote and to sell it. Moreover I was in charge of the social medias as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, very useful tools to promote special tastings every week or to attract regulars members of the shop's community and new ones. This internship was the opportunity to begin my education in wines by tasting plenty of refined red and white every days from all over the world, learning about the appellations, grapes varieties and wine regions. C'est un rallye automobile solidaire ayant pour but d'acheminer 100 kilogrammes de fournitures scolaires dans des écoles des pays de l'Est (Bosnie, Albanie et Roumanie). C'est également un véritable défi humain et mécanique: Parcourir plus de 10 000 km, 19 pays, 16 capitales européennes, en seulement 23 jours à bord d'une peugeot 205. Activités réalisées: Constituion d'une équipe de trois particpants. Création de l'association Europ'Rev. Organistation d'une campagne de communication via les réseaux sociaux et la presse. Organisation d'une campagne de levée de fond. Préparation d'une peugeot 205. Levée de fond de 6000 euros via: - Le sponsoring de 6 entreprises. - L'organisation d'une vente privé de vin au profit de l'association Europ'Rev. - Une campagne de financement particpatif sur HelloAsso.
