Solving of internal and operational problems in a diligent and business efficient manner in order to prevent service deficiencies and/or customer's dissatisfaction. Providing continuous improvement and effective business solutions for internal systems and procedures in order to favour customer service, cost and departmental efficiency Provide assistance and advice to other departments to improve services and efficiency Building and maintaining good relations with carriers and customers Providing a link between sales/ customer service representatives to track shipments from order placement to shipping stage in order to meet required deadlines
