My responsibilities are developed ideas for new products, develop marketing strategies to increase product sales through digital marketing, plan and design every content that will be uploaded to social media and e-commerce, answer the questions and complaints from customers, manage inventory and make a purchase when raw materials run out, also manage and report store revenues and expenses every month. We earned 4.9 out of 5 stars on e-commerce, reached over 8500 products sales in the first year, and have been shipped to several countries in Southeast Asia such as Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.
