To do so we bring together seed capital and skills to transform ideas into investment-ready forest landscape projects with access to investment capital and the international carbon market to unlock trade in quality forest carbon credits.

Daily leadership of FSC Netherlands, working to increase the market share of FSC-certified timber & paper (products) and brand awareness of FSC in cooperation with 300 companies, NGOs and government institutions by implementing market development projects and promotional activities to promote FSC-certification, responsible management of forests worldwide and the transition to a green economy.
Advice and capacity in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, project management, fundraising and CSR. Consultant for different organisations in The Netherlands, Africa and Asia. StoereVrouwen is a network organization of more than 1.750 women promoting sustainable shopping by striking campaigns, network activities and providing shop tips. StoereVrouwen <3 bio, fair trade, eco, vintage, recycling & CSR. As an interim manager I had the responsibility to transfer StoereVrouwen into a financially independent NGO and to create a new team for the future. For this, we created a new business model and developed new products and campaigns.
Daily leadership and one of the initiators of Child at Venture, a dutch NGO that supports young adults in developing countries to become entrepreneurs. We trained over one thousand youngsters in Asia and Africa, funded seed capital for the young entrepreneurs and gave them coaching and guidance. We worked closely together with Dutch companies and gave content to their CSR programs. Track-record: * 1,100 youth trained in entrepreneurship * 560 young entrepreneurs supported (for single or group-entrepreneurship) * 97 small businesses started in Zambia, Philippines, Kenya, Vietnam, Cambodia, The Gambia and Sierra Leone * with support of more than 40 companies through tailormade CSR programs and a government grant
Terre des Hommes is a children's aid organization dedicated to stop child exploitation by supporting projects worldwide in the areas of education, health care and independence. I worked closely together with the regional offices in Latin America, Asia and Africa to develop projects, do project assessments, work on strategic and organizational development, prepare funding proposals and report to main donors like the ministry, Postcode Lotery and companies.
CBF is an independent organization that promotes trustworthy fundraising and expenditure by reviewing fundraising organizations and giving information and advice to government institutions and the public. As one of the controllers I assessed fundraising organisations for the CBF certificate for small charities, prepared meetings for the different commitees, network management and handling complaints.
