Magna Powertrain, Getrag Transmission (Jiangxi): • Assigned to project team responsible for the launch of new dual clutch transmission in China. Product development was executed in Germany with simultaneous launch in Germany and China. Product launched in China successfully before Germany launch. • Managed the engineering change process between German PD team, client, home office and suppliers. Executed over 700 engineering changes • Based in Germany for extended periods during the PD process, played key role in the development of the engineering change control process between Germany and China. • Duties included: o Organizing and assisting in the implementation of product changes between Germany and China (e.g. Change Control Board Meeting, Design Review Meeting) o Coordination of national and international departments. o Distribution of tasks after definition in Design Review or Change Control Board for the evaluation of all departments in every phase of DCT development from design to SOP. o Documentation of changes in processes and decisions, create and agenda arrangement, track the change meeting minutes. o Distribute and Monitor tasks addressed to team members.
