I plan for, manage, implement, monitor, and report on multi-sectoral projects engaging with faith-based organizations, international individuals, human rights based, and racial justice and diversity organizations and affiliates. I oversaw these projects as a team lead/coordinator of up to 42 volunteers. Skills applied included: advocacy, analytical and budget review, coordination and collaboration, as well as program management. • Manage 10 programs and events to improve relational, financial, and health outcomes for Truro congregants • Evaluate programs’ effectiveness; lowered participation costs by 50% while enhancing the quality of content and delivery, plus increasing attendance by 75% • Plan and implement 25 special projects including interfaith dialogues, international trips, social justice initiatives, and multicultural engagements • Manage and track the budget for the programs and projects implementation of up to 90K
