Promoting the organization’s mission and vision, the Community Partnerships Specialist supports the development of new community partnerships, strengthens relationships with current partners, and organizes systems to document and disseminate data to improve inter-sectoral collaboration. Under the Health Equity Department this role is responsible for developing key indicators relating to La Clinica’s participation in diverse coalitions, fostering medical-legal partners, promoting community engagement and participation in advocacy efforts to improve health outcomes for the Latino Immigrant Community. Reporting to the Director of Health Equity, the Community Partnerships Specialist, will help inform senior leadership around local health policies affecting the Latino Immigrant Community and promote a network of partners that the organization can count on to address health inequities affecting Latino Immigrants in the District of Columbia and Prince George’s County.
