As a Group Head of Sustainability at Zurich Insurance Group, my role is to: • Create and lead the implementation of Zurich’s sustainability strategy including materiality assessment, performance management and reporting • Oversee the management of the Z Zurich Foundation with CHF 250 million under management •Drive sustainable value creation and ensure a positive cultural change focusing on the social, economic and environmental value of insurance • Facilitate and advise the different governance bodies such as Executive Committee, Supervisory Board and Management Committee about sustainability and how we integrate it into strategy • Implement best practices in Sustainability & ESG reporting and communication internally and externally • Engage with key external stakeholders such as customers, investors, suppliers, regulators and activists • Support and coach a team of Sustainability and Z Zurich Foundation managers • Member of the Zurich Leadership Team • Board member of the UNEP FI Principles for Sustainable Insurance
