Directed new curriculum development initiative for national law enforcement PD on building community trust in partnership with the Neuro-Leadership Institute. -DEI Professional Development and Dialogue: Managed and facilitated programs for clients such as Sony, Disney, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, Union Bank, Amgen; Advised organizations such as Aspen Institute, LA City Attorney's Office, and various museums on community dialogue inclusion issues and practices; Directed the "_Space to Talk about Race" dialogue program as part of a federally funded national initiative of the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience.
