My responsibilities include: • Identifying and recruiting qualified professionals by engaging in sourcing activities, including market research, recruiting calls, attending seminars and networking events. • Communicating with Technology professionals by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. • Working with experienced associates to negotiate appropriate contract terms and fees for incoming job orders. • Analyzing client requirements against qualifications and matching the best professionals with client needs. • Ensuring client expectations are set and maintained, and conducting follow-up activities with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. • Serving as the liaison between the client and the professional during the offer process. • Providing coaching and advice to professionals through the client interview process, including but not limited to counter-offers and job transitions. • Conducting follow-up activities with candidates, both during and after hiring, to ensure customer satisfaction. • Identifying new opportunities by building trusting relationships with clients and professional contacts. • Identifying customer needs; be continuously alert and responsive to changing customer business environment and needs.
