I conduct analysis to be used for decision making. I research and analyze urban growth trends and markets, try to poke holes in my ideas from several angles with follow-up research, and bring the fact based story to decision-makers and the public. I have converted a high level need for a market study into an actionable plan, including coordinating a team of City employees and managing a consultant; currently in the implementation stage. I develop and deliver the Urban Form Monitoring and Evaluation Program to meet stakeholder needs and add value to data analysis. This requires build relationships with and presenting to internal and external stakeholders to increase the value and usefulness of City data and analytics about growth.
