Doing anything and everything related to people, culture, HR and recruitment. THIS is what happens when two meat-lovers checked out meat-free food and decided that we didn’t want any of it. After two very long years of research and development, partnering with world-leading texture scientists and flavourists, we made THIS™: the most realistic plant-based chicken and bacon in the world – that PROPERLY works in a fry-up or in a chicken-pie. It mimics meat in taste, texture, appearance and smell, but without the ethical or environmental impact, instead using peas and soya beans as the base. The products are also ridiculously high in protein, GMO and nitrate-free and fortified with Vitamin B12 and Iron. THIS™ challenges legacy “plant-based meat” brands by targeting meat-reducers as opposed to purely vegans. We believe that meat-eaters shouldn’t have to compromise if they want to cut down on meat.

These projects include the likes of employee engagement and retention, peer-to-peer recognition, values awards, recruitment, internal communications and international events, HR policies and employer branding.
“Ăn đi” is a Vietnamese phrase the cook says to their family and friends to tell them it’s time to eat! …A bit like the French “bon appetit!” Our ethos is for Ăn Đi to be your very own Vietnamese kitchen where you can get authentic, homely food - think of it like you’re going round to a Vietnamese friend’s house and they or their family cook up some scrumptious delights for you! All of our Ăn Đi food and drinks are homemade from scratch using fresh, quality ingredients. We only serve things that we’d be happy to have for ourselves - in fact, it’s hard trying not to eat everything we make!
(As of 2017) KellyDeli is a fast-growing food retail management company which was founded in 2010 and currently has over 600 locations across ten countries, and growing! Our sushi kiosks are implemented inside supermarkets and retail space, providing top-quality sushi and show-business pizzazz as you watch it get made in front of you. This role sees me as the company's conference producer whilst managing People and Culture projects across our international Head Offices. These PAC projects include the likes of: 360 process implementation and management, internal communications initiatives, creating and managing our intranet, creating and launching internal videos (Premiere Pro accredited user), writing HR policies, launching Facet5 personality profiling across the company and managing and facilitating team building workshops, global event management, creating the company's Values Book, creating a Culture Book to showcase our events and company culture, and projects concerning employees' development and happiness. My biggest (and most enjoyable!) challenge is producing our company's biannual All Hands conference events for all our employees. These take place in exciting locations to give an incredible experience for our employees and a platform where lots of knowledge and updates can be shared and team bonds can be strengthened. I organise, structure and facilitate these events from start to end and everything in between! This includes event scoping, event branding, supplier liaison, internal comms, briefing and supporting presenters, managing large budgets, event logistics and more. The All Hands are a cornerstone of KellyDeli culture and for most of our employees it's their favourite aspect about working here - you get the chance to learn more about the company, collaborate on ideas and having fun with their KellyDeli family. Alternative titles: PAC Manager/Internal Communications Manager/Project Manager

Our core markets are the UK, France and Germany and we provide coverage in a range of industries, including E-Commerce/Social Commerce, IT, Talent Management/Training and Business Services. My particular focuses revolved around Market Research, Food, FMCG and Software; the roles that I filled for my clients covered junior to C-level positions across sales, business development, account management and marketing. This was a summer contract where I worked directly with the Director to assist with marketing and administrative duties. Additionally, when the Director was away on leave for two weeks, I was left responsible for managing the company's communications and interactions with staff and customers.
Worked Back of House cooking and preparing brunch dishes and drinks at a vegetarian restaurant. Also worked Front of House during opening hours providing good service for customers. Worked effectively in a team to maintain maximum efficiency and productivity. This was a 30-40 hours/week job alongside my full-time university studies in Paris. I took on this role to fund my studies, to experience a hyper-paced retail environment, to develop skills in customer service, time management and cooking and to learn more about the food and restaurant industry.
