As a result, the cost of changing the data, moving data and correct data becomes more expensive (dollars and engineers) ZipRecruiter is a data-driven company, and as such we are putting much of our efforts on the data teams. In our daily work we are dealing with massive data and trying to figure the best way to handle it and make sure our downstream consumers can consume this data efficiently, and achieve our mission - complete, accurate, accessible, and timely data I'm leading a team of powerfull engineers, with wide range of technological stack - Spark, Kafka, DDB, Glue, Athena, S3, Delta Lake, coding in GO, Scala and Python
