I developed and manage the investment program for Peak Trust Company. I am responsible for all economic, industry and credit research. Liaise regularly with Trust Officers, Operations, Chief Compliance Officer and Internal and State Auditors. - Due diligence on outside asset managers including mutual funds, ETFs, separately managed account managers, and alternative investment providers. - Design customized portfolios and help manage relationships to meet our clients goals. - Implemented a Unified Managed Account (UMA) platform to help with tax-efficiency and customization of portfolios. - Execute individual bond purchases and direct all equity, mutual fund, and/or ETF trades on a daily basis. - Research and manage third-party vendor relationships that impact investment management. - Collaborate with trust officers to create investment objectives for incoming accounts. - Do a detailed review of managed accounts yearly and present findings at a monthly trust committee meeting. - Lead our investment personnel.
