Lisa Chin

Work closely with the Board, leading a strategic reorganization that has resulted in the non-profit serving more youth than ever before via its core programs. Created new positions to foster dialogue around anti-racism / anti-bias issues and stabilized the company’s program infrastructure to provide more equitable service across the state – deepening local community involvement, increasing visibility outside of King County, and pivoting to the use of technology to a greater degree to address current pandemic-driven circumstances.
