In this role I help firms identify regulatory or legislative challenges and establishing working groups and committees to support collective understanding e.g. CASS, Governance, Conduct and Culture, Financial Crime & AML, Vulnerable Customers and Taxation. In addition I am active in Strategic Policy, working collectively to solve problems for the industry, responding to FCA consultations, and representing the industry to Government. Currently leading an initiative to look at retail access to high risk investment and speculative transactions. Acting as an SME and facilitator for member queries, chairing conferences and moderating panel discussions to benefit the industry. As part of this role I am a Director of JMLSG representing TISA and its members.
