Created a UI for a marketplace for whole loans across all asset classes that will create unprecedented liquidity in the United States' secondary debt market. Co-founder.

I designed Data & Product platform tools that empower Uber's many data scientists, analysts and ops folks to harness Uber's data to make better business decisions, faster. During this time I created a rich data table component (with full fledged filtering functionality!) for Uber's BaseWeb, and it is the single most-used data viz component in this design system.

I designed tools to make structured finance data easy to parse. Early on at dv01, my focus was in the consumer unsecured space, for which I designed tools for investors to analyze the performance of pools of whole loans, securitizations as well as credit facility monitoring and cashflow prediction tools. I l also helped hire and train new members of the Product team, both designers and product managers. In May 2018, I transitioned from being the Lead Designer to being an independent consultant, and continued to work with dv01 -- helping think through and design new product features.

Creating and implemented a content and data visualization strategy for all of the research produced by the Marketing Sciences group at Mindshare, including hiring a small team. Worked on data-driven dashboards and research tools.

Collaborated with Moodys’ analysts to create compelling data visualizations and data-driven infographics that explain economic stories and financial trends. I focused on U.S. Public finance and sovereign economies.

Created infographics, interactive features, news games, photo-illustrations and told news stories using other non-standard formats using data-driven, computer assisted reporting techniques.

Covered markets and finance for Business Insider's MoneyGame and Clusterstock verticals. Wrote four to five blogposts each day. Created business and politics themed map-based data visualizations.

Assisted in the production of the World Business Today show which airs weekdays at 9 a.m. EST. Researched and fact-checked stories, transcribed tape, assisted producers on shoots. Aggregated stories sourced from social media platforms and kept the executive producer updated on breaking news.

Reported and wrote for the annual Best Places to Live in America franchise. Reported and helped design data-intensive graphics spreads. Fact-checked stories.

Edited and wrote opinion and feature stories for City Express (TNIE’s features supplement). Managed other reporters and sub editors that were a part of the City Express team.

Edited the weekly style section in the Hyderabad Times (TOI’s features supplement). Reported and wrote stories for all sections of the features supplement.
