As I interacted with the artisans in my Stories of Artisans podcast, I realized that I could do more than just give them a voice. Their studies in their craft allow them to be masters in their discipline. On the other hand, very regularly, they are not taught how to run a business. This is where the Fundi association will be able to support them. Brand image, market research, canvassing, marketing, estimates, communication, promotion... All the subjects of accompaniment are possible. Before each session, I ask the craftsmen to think about all the elements on which they feel wobbly, uncomfortable or on which they lack time. There is no restriction since I can potentially introduce them to the right person who will know how to answer the question.
We revalue the manual and intellectual know-how of craftsmen. From consulting to prototyping, we support companies in their product development by integrating craftsmen as material experts. Thanks to the close links we have established with craftsmen, we select the material experts best suited to your needs. Thanks to our experience in innovation, Histoires d'Artisans is your privileged partner in deciphering the art of craftsmanship. Thanks to co-development workshops with expert craftsmen in materials, we create the perfect context to push thinking to the limit and innovate. To select the most competent expert we always start by defining your objectives and your project. This step will allow us to define an initial set of specifications to which the selected craftsman will be able to respond. Then we organise the co-development workshops which will lead to the production of a prototype in the craftsman's workshop. Finally, we deliver a production specification based on the final prototype.
