Godspeed Sports Performance is a company dedicated to mentoring and training young athletes to rise above mediocrity both spiritually and physically. Godspeed offers sports specific speed and agility training for boys and girls. Instruction is broken into three tiers. Tier one is our KIDZSPEED program for ages 7-13. This is a fun focused athletic enhancement training program for young athletes through the use of “play” based drills and games. Tier two is our PROSPEED program for young men and women ages 15 and Up. PROSPEED provides professional training for male and female middle and high school athletes. This program develops linear and lateral speed utilizing drills that enhance running mechanics, power and sport specific movement patterns. Athletes must be dedicated! The third tier program is our ONESPEED program. This program provides private, one-on-one instruction for ages 12 and up. ONE SPEED is highly individualized, sports specific training that evaluates strengths and weaknesses and enhances both. Coach, parent and athlete collaborate to assess needs and set goals. Godspeed has been given a charge to "Impact the lives of the next generation of athletes." With this in mind, our goals are to offer safe and practical training and to develop well-ballanced athletes who are equipped and empowered with life skills on and off the field.
