Weight★No★More℠ Diet Center was started by my mom almost 30 years ago to teach clients how to lose weight in a manner that most closely resembles the way they can eat for the rest of their lives — using their own normal, everyday food. There are no pills, no packaged foods, no diet drinks — in other words, no gimmicks — associated with our programs; we don't sell anything! The programs are individualized, as we work with clients of all ages and with all medical issues (including pregnant and nursing women). Serving clients nationwide, we teach (guide and reinforce) the 5 𝗣’s of weight loss and maintenance: 🔼 𝗣ortion control 🔼 𝗣lanning ahead 🔼 𝗣reparing in advance 🔼 𝗣acking what you need 🔼 𝗣acing meals and snacks throughout the day . . . and we do it in "𝗣"rivate: one-on-one, two to three times a week (in-office, via distance mode, or a combination of both), and clients can reach me at any time, 24/7. This allows us to get to know clients very well (home/work/social life environments) which enables us to better help them achieve their goals. We educate, motivate, empower and inspire clients at every visit, and, for almost 30 years we've provided the discipline, guidance, structure and accountability they've need to 𝘨𝘦𝘵 slim — and 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘺 slim.
