Aircraft Accident Investigator Flight & Ground Instructor on CRM / Human Factors in Aviation and Speaker in everything related to Aviation Safety for the prevention of Aviation Accidents and Incidents to Airlines in all around the world, United Sates, South America, Caribbean, and Europe etc. I have been teaching CRM for several years to several of students pilots and airline and private crews. The first step to improved CRM and Safety Program begins with a good CRM training. I have been interested in the issues that affect pilot performance for many years and also to understand why Accidents Happen. I used multiple sources to derive facts and opinions expressed in Aircraft Safety: Accident Investigation, Analyses and applications. I’m holding an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with multi- engine ratings, a ground instructor certificate with Aviation Safety rating ICAO, also I was responsible to investigated Aviation Accidents and Incidents, Violations Involving Accidents, Incidents when I was working in South America with the CAA Authorities. I’m presently working with CRM 4 PILOTS my own Aviation Research Company , to help Pilots learn how to prepare for in –flight emergencies becoming involved in one and how to steer clear of accidents during all phases of flight .CRM 4 PILOTS provided exercises that will enable you to assesses your own abilities to communicate effectively with your crew .
