The Tool empowers any client to understand the impact of the expected return and the likelihood of exceeding the investment objective when changing the investment portfolio. • The expected returns used by the Tool are not related to historical performance. Instead, the Tool applies linear regression to the growth and income components plus reversion to fair value on changes in valuation. This forecasting method is for over 450 indices, updated monthly. • The Tool ranks over 450 indices by using client-specific criteria. The ranking list helps people understand the varied criteria used to avoid investments that don’t meet standards and to focus on those investments that do.
