Having created the WISDOM REMUNERATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM which, based on functional and behavioral skills, allows measuring the content of positions (job points) or the value added by individuals (personal points) and defining a structure that clearly reflects its relative importance to the company. As your points can be converted to other international methodologies, the System allows you to compare content measures instead of job titles (job matching), in addition to facilitating the definition of the policy, strategy and composition of the company's remuneration and the "binding final” of Organizational Rationalization projects (management structure and work processes). Launching on 01/96 the WISDOM REMUNERATION SURVEY, a differentiated product that allows comparing the remuneration practices of client-companies with those of companies, users or not of job points evaluation systems that are part of their comparison market. It is a database that gathers more than 100,000 information on remuneration practices of around 120 groups / companies responsible for 11.5% of the Brazil GDP.
