Over the last several years I drove expansion in the Global Allocation and Fleet Operations team’s scope. In addition to responsibility for allocation, assignment and management of Tesla Sales, Service & Internal Fleet vehicles and providing support to all Sales, Service & Delivery field teams, we have taken on other functions such as analytics, pricing management, systems development, assortment planning, and new and used titled inventory management as we continue to support myriad cross functional stakeholders throughout Tesla. I guide the team to conceptualize and execute robust quarterly fleet cycle and allocation strategies that support inventory sales and delivery targets, generating several billion in sales and reducing margin exposure. We contribute significantly to overall inventory sales via our daily listing process, managing and determining the vehicle assortment on both the internal Sales Tool as well as the customer facing website. I am most proud of creating the first ever career pathing for the Fleet Ops team and coaching several members of the operations team along that path. We have been able to accomplish much together in just a few years, stand outs are noted below: • Project managed a successful introduction of Model 3 to global Fleet in Q4 2018, creating the first ever M3 inventory sales process and successfully drove the initiative to include M3 in the Inventory Brochure, selling over 7k vehicles, ~$350k via this methodology in December 2018 alone • Successfully launched several technological company systems such as the Fleet Audit & Inventory App, the Fleet Management Tool (an end-to-end Inventory and Fleet Management Tool), and the Inventory Brochure tool (streamlined sales user interface). • Conceptualized and rolled out a new working capital optimization process, saving Tesla millions of dollars in depreciation and gaining over $45m in sales in just 1 year.
