In this role, I orchestrated a variety of high-level project initiatives in conjunction with colleagues and senior management including complex migration projects, policy development, risk management, investigations, analysis, and remediation. I implemented key internal controls to manage risk and ensure ongoing compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. I was accountable for leadership and workflow oversight across a team of 17 Forensic Investigators and eDiscovery Specialists in five separate locations while also holding responsibility for 7 additional ECM Analysts. Some of my core contributions to date include the following: • Spearheaded the successful migration of forensic support operations across key regions (North America, Latin America, and Europe & Middle East) from Global Security to Cyber Security as part of a major reorganization project. • Carried out comprehensive strategic planning and analysis before integrating the Employee Compliance Monitoring (ECM) into the Digital Forensics team and Attack Analysis team. • Provided management oversight and strategic vision as a team leader for a range of professionals including forensic investigators, eDiscovery specialists, and ECM triage analysts. • Perpetuated a culture of risk management within the organization to ensure all employees were trained to proactively identify inherent risks and threats before escalating and taking necessary corrective actions. • Delivered expertise and operational oversight for the handling of global incidents utilizing expert investigative skills and root-cause analysis capability before designing practical solutions to mitigate risks.

Some of my key accomplishments included the following: • Collaborated with a team of high-tech investigators focused on digital forensics, e-discovery, and online intelligence gathering to support the global security strategy and maintain the safety of employees and corporate assets. • Tracked and analyzed operational performance using KPI’s and other relevant metrics to continually improve investigative capability across the organization. • Contributed to the internal Incident Response team tasked with conducting a forensic review of systems affected by a data breach leading to the identification and arrest of four key suspects.

Under the direct supervision of a Sergeant, a Police Officer patrols a designated area ensuring compliance with all applicable State Laws and City Ordinances; answers calls when a crime is suspected or an emergency exists; takes such actions as are necessary to prevent crime, to apprehend a criminal, to maintain safety, to assist citizens in a wide range of emergency and non-emergency situations; and performs other related duties, tasks, and assignments as required and directed by a Sergeant, Lieutenant, or the Chief of Police. The Dublin Division of Police subscribes to the “Community-Oriented Policing” philosophy and, therefore, the primary emphasis of the position involves community service. Officers are required to take a problem solving approach to the situations they encounter on a day-to-day basis and to interact with the residents on a regular basis within their assigned districts to address relevant concerns facing their neighborhoods.
The Upper Arlington, Ohio Division of Police provides 24-hour service and is an integral part of developing and maintaining a safe and secure community through the cooperative efforts of many departments and community organizations. The division proudly provides a wide range of police services and programs to residents, visitors and members of the business community. "Contendite Ductum" is the Latin inscription on the seal of the Upper Arlington Police Division patch. This motto means "Strive for Leadership" and it represents the attitude held by those associated with this agency. The division is staffed by 49 sworn officers who are professionally trained and certified by the State of Ohio; and, by law, are also declared to be law enforcement officers of the State and conservators of peace with the authority to arrest. In addition to sworn staff, there are 13 full-time and seven part-time civilian staff who provide other support to the division's operation. City Information: The City of Upper Arlington was incorporated in 1918 and has grown into a primarily residential community of approximately 34,000 residents covering 9.67 square miles. The City enjoys a convenient location as a first-ring suburb of Central Ohio and is located near The Ohio State University and the City of Columbus.
The Grandview Heights Division of Police patrols the City of Grandview Heights and also provides police services to the Village of Marble Cliff. The City of Grandview Heights and Village of Marble Cliff are located in central Ohio, just west of downtown Columbus. Division services are commanded by Chief Tom McCann who oversees four sergeants, thirteen officers, and four full-time communication coordinators. The Division is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
