Key tasks: - in collaboration with the Strategy and CSR department, translate Elia Group’s strategy, governance, performance and prospects into an Integrated Reporting that demonstrates the value creation to all stakeholders within the Group’s social and environmental context - embed the Integrated and Systemic Thinking into multiple layers of the organization - responsible for ensuring that the Group remains compliant with regulatory evolutions (e.g. Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and for following-up the evolution of reporting standards and best practices - support with implementing new sustainability reporting requirements, like the EU Taxonomy and Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - benchmark organization’s performance and measurement tools and standards against best practices
