-Provide sales and Pre-sales services for different vendors such as Cisco, Dell and HPE …etc. -Manage different ICT product life cycle for Data Network Solutions, UC Solutions, Structure cabling, RFID Solutions, Servers and Storage solutions. -Maintain a working knowledge of competitive architectures. -Target indoor and outdoor sales-force to maintain different vendor partnership. -Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. -Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements. -Provide quarterly local activity reports and accurate quarterly account plan reports. -Write and present effective materials, including presentations, status reporting and technical diagrams. - Provide advance knowledge about products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competition, and technology trends. -Responsible for all technical aspects of the offers (quotation, statement of Compliance…etc). -Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. -Establishes sales goals by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas. -Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

-Design and conduct demonstrations and presentations highlighting our client’s. -Provide Presales services for different vendors such as Alcatel-Lucent and HPE …etc. -Analyzing IT requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice. -Provide Technical Consultant activities for different Data Network Solutions, UC Solutions, Structure cabling -Co-operate with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions identified requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition. -Response to all RFIs, RFQs & RFPs from customers. -Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals. -Monitoring the success of IT solution. -Producing detailed reports on the efficacy of the technology.

-Installation, operation and maintenance of different Mitel and Nortel UC systems. -Design and setup of lab networks used to conduct specific product evaluations/support of Unified Communication (UC) systems and their supporting software applications. -Perform advanced troubleshooting, debugging fault isolation, and data analysis of internal and external networks and/or UC applications using packet capture and analysis tools. -Escalate and work closely with the global product development team to identify technology and solutions to address customer needs and improve the product. -Develop product evaluation test criteria and or solutions to complex software/hardware implementations based on functional design specifications.

-I worked as a Senior System Engineer in National Societies General Bank (NSGB Bank) for building voice network that based on Ericsson MD110 and BP 250 Systems from 2004 to 2005. -Provide technical support for Ericsson Enterprise products and related software applications. -Install and configure different Ericsson such as DECT systems, IP Phones and VOIP Gateways. -Administrate the related telephony software applications (call accounting software, voice mail system, unified Messaging system and Management Software.

-I worked as a System engineer in Al- Minia University for upgrading Mitel PBAX systems from 2001 to 2003. -Configure and administer a defined technology/system (e.g. Hardware, Operating Systems and Data network ) in support of on-going operation and projects. -Install, operate and support for different types of PABXs such as Cisco, Panasonic and Mitel Enterprise voice switching systems like Mitel SX-200, Cisco Call Manager, Alcatel 4400 and Samsung. -Follow up the projects implementation to assure the quality of installation.
