On Project “Aligning Education and Training with Labour Market Needs- ALLED phase II” financed by ADA, (EU Identification Number IPA/2018/402/911) Expertise for support to the University of Pristina and selected faculties to develop a cluster/hub to serve industry and VET • Exploring background documents regarding Kosovo VET education, relevant for task • Preparing a report on quality assurance practices in VET schools at international level • Provide feedback and inputs to draft and to revise to the training and mentoring program for QACs, that will be drafted by a local consultant; • Co-facilitating the workshop with QA Coordinators and School/VTCs-Directors in VET schools on the QA related mechanisms and self-assessment process; • Providing sample/feedback and inputs to the Guide for consolidation of school-based mechanisms for quality assurance in VET schools and VTCs; • Providing feedback and inputs to the Training program for school/VTC management on quality assurance in VET schools and VTCs; • Providing the first draft framework training program for ToT on QA

KE2 on EU funded project “Technical Assistance for Capacity Building in the Collection and Compilation Economic data in relation to the Institutionalisation, Conduct and Analysis of data from the Labour Force and Market Survey, both in the formal and informal sector for Anguilla” (SIEA Lot2 RFS-SIEA-2018-19) • Finalization of indicators’ handbook with a perspective on education and TVET. • Preparing and guiding structured interviews with stakeholders (employers, representatives of business associations, ACOCI (chamber)representatives, TVET Council) • Training preparing and delivering on LMS results usage for education (especially) TVET planning • Supporting the Ministry of Education, Education Planning Unit in interpretation of ALMS results and preparation of recommendations for its usage for education planning and improvement • Co-preparing and co-disseminating events for Government, Education sector and general public in Anguilla on ALMS results, conclusions and findings based on them • Training preparing and delivering on OS development; Developing OS for Fishermen with TVET coordinator and representatives of Fishermen association • Co-reporting on stakeholders’ meetings, dissemination events, ALMS results, on Capacity Building Activities and Costed Approach Labour Market Survey methodology in the part of ALMS results’ interpretation, findings, conclusions and recommendation for further improvement in education (especially in TVET)

On EU-project UP.03.1.1.03.0051 "Development of lifelong learning programs in the field of food technology, biotechnology and nutrition using CROQF (cu @ PBN)": • preparing and delivering training on the Croatian Qualifications Framework methodology for working groups members in charge of drafting occupational standards and qualification standards • guiding and counselling working groups related to the development of occupational standards, on the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology in Zagre(PBF) and the Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek (PTFOs) within the project element EP.3 "Strengthen the capacity of PBFs and PTFOs for the implementation of lifelong learning programs".
