Institutionalize block level supervision and data-based management. • Liaise with block level officials of Health and ICDS departments and co-facilitate block level meetings and discussions. Get the block officials to visit communities for random monitoring of Arogya divas (VHSND), annaprasan divas, sector meeting and HSC meetings. • Facilitate block officials to undertake comprehensive Assessments at facility including review of infrastructure, human resources, services delivered, equipment, supplies and drugs, referral systems and data collection and indicators. • Support MOIC and block Health Manager (govt.) in developing detailed implementation plans and guide them in accomplishing objectives for Facilities under the Program. • Support MOIC and Block level officials in TB programs and Campaigns and also provide TB related orientation to FLWs and PRIs members. • Support facilities in adopting quality improvement process in facilities at Block or Sub Block level (HSC/APHC/PHC/CHC). • Provide Support to Block Coordinator in Kala-Azar. • Provide support in operationalizing and implementing innovations/pilots running in respected block. • Work closely with staff of other development agencies working in the areas of health & Nutrition. • Technical and operational support in RMNCH+A intervention.
