Assist State Consultant (SIA) Creating a structured mentoring program to establish a rubust monitoring program for hand holding for VDVK's. Developing liaison with the line departments for work efficiency. Development of training module/training material and build the capacity of state team, District team, block team, cluster and VDVK staff & OB's etc. Conceptualizing new solution focused on managing VDVK bussiness, better production planing, marketing development, quality management etc. Leading end to end delivery of the program consultation with the Rajeevika state team, Rajas Sangh and TRIFED. Lead a team of the professionals at the District, blocks and cluster level and hand holding them on day to day basis. Management of all the data related to the program. Stakeholder management and scouting of new opportunities for convergence and scaling up of the program when required. Responsible for coordination with Rajeevika, Rajas Sangh for Van Dhan activities and discharging the duties assigned by Rajas Sangh. also responsible for link pin between Rajas Sangh and Rajeevika for co-ordinate run for all TRIFED activities of SIA. Any task assigned by Managing Director of the Rajas Sangh and Rajeevika SPMU.
