• Technical Program Manager as Transformation Program CTO o Lead the Architecture and solution for transformation o Team building for each project based on the technical and project management requirement o Effective implementation of program management processes - i.e., initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g., scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management o Responsible for the delivery of all the approved IT Transformation programs and projects on time, within budget, meeting client/business requirements and in compliance with all relevant standards • Portfolio Lead – Architectural, solutioning and transformation and Operation for Infrastructure related projects as well as Data Center Migration/Consolidation. o Review over all technical Architecture, capacity, and operational requirement o Forecast, plan, review and approve the cost for transformation projects. o Own SLA and based on that that define new KPIs for all operational activities in all 3-technology space o Lead a team of Engineers and Specialists who deliver technical support for end-to-end infrastructure solution. • Global Functional Lead – Storage for technical storage offerings and professional services for SAN Storage, NAS CAS and Backup technologies. o Client facing for all offerings and RFS process o Work closely with team for all project planning o Work as part of a team of Engineers/Consultants that globally ensure customer support, including a need to sometimes work non-standard work hours or shifts
