Worked on ZADCO UZ750 EPC-1 Project (Project value – 875 M$). My role was to manage construction of all offshore structures (approx. 27000 MT) of the project as per schedule and within budget. Broader level summary of structures is 5 riser platform jackets, 5 riser platforms, 9 riser bridges from island to platforms, 8 flare bridge supporting jackets, 4 flare jackets, 11 Flare bridges, 4 Flare Towers, 12 on-island pipe racks and total 32 pipelines ranging from 6” to 42” diameters having total length of approximate 232 Kms. Implement best HSE practices. Lead, support and direct the team of Project Engineers. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Fabrication yard, Sub-Contractors, Project Control and Offshore Operations etc. Liaise with Client, Client appointed TPA on daily basis. Conduct constructability reviews to select and implement most productive work execution plan, PROM, Risk assessments, Manage scope of work changes, Lessons learned and up to Final hand over of documentation. Supported Umm Shaif Gas Cap FEED project during FEED and for EPC bid. Handled a few other bids from Project Management Team.

Worked on ADMA OPCO’s SARB Package 3 project (Project value – 505 M$). My role was to manage construction of all offshore structures (approx. 5500 MT) of the project as per schedule and within budget. Since fabrication work was sub-contracted, main role was to manage the sub-contractors and the construction team. Implement best HSE practices. Lead, support and direct the team of onsite Construction Engineers, Material Controller, QC Inspectors and HSE Advisors. Liaise with Client, Client appointed TPA, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Sub-Contractor, Project Control, Marine disciplines etc. Constructability reviews, Risk assessment, Lessons learned, Conduct construction status reviews, Monitor, manage weekly fabrication progress etc. Support on-going bids from Construction discipline.
My role in construction was to lead, support and direct the team of shop engineers for pre-fabrication. Manage pre-fabrication of all projects by conducting area work load meetings, reviewing project schedules and identify constraints, assisting planning and projects on priorities to suit capacities of the pre-fabrication shops, prepare mitigation plans as necessary, reviewing pre-fabrication shop’s labour forecast, reviewing and monitoring the equipment allocations, usage and productivity of pre-fabrication shops. Monitoring daily progress and co-ordination with concerned departments like Fabrication / Assembly Shops, Procurement, Quality Control, Warehouse etc.
My role was to study the client drawings, specifications, process planning, designing of jigs and fixtures, selecting proper gauges and cutting tools, procurement of the same, developing the processes on shop floor, establishing processes through time and motion study, delivering 1st batch to client ensuring customer satisfaction, handing over the project to production and making continuous improvement in above phases, which facilitates the manufacturing.
