 Provide technical inputs on training programmes and work as mediator between RTT and SCERT.  Providing on the ground operational support for training and workshops.  To make value addition in reaching out SCERT goal for FLN outcomes at school level.  Develop professional development plan for Teachers, CRC, BRP and other education officials.  Actively advocating the changes necessary by leading the discussions/workshops on literacy curriculum, as per the need of project.  Positively influence various stakeholders- teachers, BRPs, CRCs, etc. for effective implementation of Trainings.  Assure timely delivery of committed project outputs in close coordination with GCERT.  Design and implement assessment tools, classroom observation tools and other required monitoring formats in close coordination with GCERT.  Participate in the workshops organized by state government at different intervals.  School visit for classroom observations and prepare reports to submit to GoG Education Department.  Analyse data from field & other courses and develop reports in different formats demanded in GCERT.
