After a 15+ years career with global investment management groups, based in Paris, Los Angeles and London, in roles with a global remit, I founded Aria Compliance to put this experience to the service of firms of varying sizes interested in outsourcing their Compliance function, requiring advice on matters of regulatory compliance or managing transformation projects. Pragmatic, solutions-oriented, rigorous and able to tackle several different topics at once, I'd be happy to discuss and hear how we can work together. My main areas of speciality are Anti-Money Laundering-Countering the Financing of Terrorism, compliance with International Sanctions, Financial Promotions and commercialisation of mutual funds, and have also had significant exposure to topics like Personal Data Protection, Investment Compliance, Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Ethics. I have also developed, through personal study and investment experience, an excellent knowledge of the crypto-assets industry, and am keen to use this to answer your questions on this exciting area. My Projects Management experience includes building customised modules in Salesforce for managing workflows for the review and approval of financial promotions, and for handling AML/KYC requirements, including customer risk rating, country ratings and dynamic requirements for due diligence documentation based on risk levels and services provided. My previous roles have also involved drafting global policies and operational procedures covering all Compliance topics, defining operational processes and methodologies, and drafting content for e-learning modules, in coordination with Compliance and Legal teams from all over the world, with a view to harmonising group-wide working practices while still ensuring compliance with applicable requirements in all countries where we had a presence.
