• Provide intensive career coaching and case management to homeless, housing insecure, and reentry clients, as well as other high-barrier, high-need individuals seeking employment, shelter, and other supportive services • Serve as primary advocate and provider of LA:RISE (Los Angeles Regional Initiative for Social Enterprise), a Measure H-funded homeless services employment program, while working with partner organizations like Chrysalis and the Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) • Conduct employment-related work with reentry clients through programs such as REOP (Reentry Employment Opportunities Program) in partnership with Defy Ventures, Inc. • Represent JVS SoCal on numerous collaborative, multiagency efforts working to improve service delivery and outcomes in areas of housing and shelter, employment, and comprehensive supportive services • Case manage clients facing numerous challenges and barriers, coordinate services with partner agencies, and manage productive, beneficial relationships with outside agencies.
