Main Job Responsibilities - Oversee, monitor, and evaluate the operation's performance, all safety and security measures and KPI’S set by Swissport and/or agreed with customers to people, equipment, facilities and aircraft involved in the operation. - Budgets preparation and responsibility - Monitor and track the financial performance Provide financial reporting as required - Monitor and track quality standards of the ground handling operation ( KPIs) - Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team with operational responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves its business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws. - Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders. - Commercial functions to develop strength relationship with customers and increase business for the company. Main Achievements: - Successful Turnaround of Swissport Argentina: Restructuring of an outdated structure in Argentina with constant loses for years was reverted into positive EBIT in 12 months. Increase Annual revenues from USD 3MIO in 2013 to USD 14MIO in 2019. - CHILE: Former Servisair , added to Mercosur Cluster in 2014. New set up and incorporation to Swissport network and corporate policies. Inheritance of loses of (USD 20K) in EBIT level with revenues of USD 1.5 MIO year, turned into Revenue of USD 9MIO and 15% EBIT Margin. - ARGENTINA: Founder of CASA ( Camara Argentina de Servicios Aeroportuarios): Founding Partner and actual VP of Chamber of Airport Services , destinated to promote and develope Business.
