As part of the marketing team, I develop campaigns and specific marketing strategies for the organization with the goal of saving as many wild animals in Costa Rica as possible. I write engaging and successful marketing, advertising and website copy. Plan and execute events and marketing programs. Maximize advertising efforts by developing content for media relations, corporate communications and social media posts. Identify appropriate marketing channels and target customers for campaigns. Design dynamic print ads, point of sale pieces and marketing proposals. Create all media for social media channels, website, campaigns and fundraising events. Support the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, events, social media, and content marketing. Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns based, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management. Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent language and voice is used. Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts. Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns. Evaluate performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports. Manage relationships with the Marketing Manager with external alliances, partnerships, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs and competitiveness. Support the marketing administration in assigned administrative tasks.
