As the Executive Director of The Open Hearth a homeless shelter and recovery center founded in 1884 * My responsibilities include the design, development, analysis, evaluation and implementation of the policies, goals and priorities set by the Open Hearth Board of Directors * Provide overall administration of the day-to-day affairs of the agency * Serve as lead fundraiser for the agency’s resource development efforts, build and maintains strategic community partnerships * Develop and implement an annual operating plan for The Open Hearth * Manage a $2,700,000 plus budget * Directly supervise 3 lead staff * Responsibility for thirty-five full and part time employees.
