Reporting directly to the Site Manager I am in charge of the the Engine Plant , producing family F1,S8000, Nef and G-drives ,for open market and captive market of CNHI group; I am the leader of the work place organizzation pillar, WCM method, with the main objective of increasing the productivity of the whole industrial operation, sustainable form, respecting and improving the ergonomic conditions and a systematic reduction of losses. Directly reporting to plsnt Manager i have the responsability to : Coordinate the activities realated to new product launch ensring the correct rump up and introducing the modification on current products.Ensure that the product can be manufactured respecting quality,cost and time requestd.Ensure the continuous improvement of product/process in term of cost reduction. Participate in product/process definition phase,defining the product breakdown and checking production bill of material and the assembly documentation Interface with purchasing and verify the critical supplier issues,rda and delivery Interface with process manager to define new tools and process design Monitor the assembly feasibility and the pre serie production phases managing critical issues Ensure training programs to white collars and the blue collars Support the plant director providing input ,feedback and updating on the activities monitored

Flows and processes to ensure / verify the quality of the products supplied. (Continuous improvement of the method) • Management analysis (actions) related to the events of origin from the manufacture process of the supplier. • Manage the debt of the rework cost of origin from the manufacture process of the supplier. • Supervision the process of the technical approving of the new pieces or modified pieces (PAA Process) • Management of the claim of the Europian / China and intercompany suppliers • Supervision of the Metrological Room activities • Supervision of the laboratory material analysis activities • Supervision Receiving Material (incoming material inspection) • Supervision of the quality auditors positioned on the side of the mounting line
