My diploma thesis was written around PKI and Identity Management and this was the reason why I got the chance to start my career as PKI/IDM Technical Project Manager. My duties were to develop a plan to migrate a global PKI System (27 countries) to a new modern PKI system while integrating a new Identity Management System. Main responsibilities during this time were evaluating, testing and implementing different PKI technologies and smartcards for a new employee badge. The expected outcome was fully delivered in time and the migration project could start 7 months after project Kick-off.
