• Consults and represents SME clients on business exit / business entry strategy, as well as on M&A activity. • Provides transaction management advice to private SMEs, during the transition period when ownership of a business or company changes hands, to allow a smooth business transfer. • Facilitates business brokerage, and promotes businesses for sale as well as investment opportunities, by carrying out sales pitches/presentations to investors, funds or other prospect buyers of businesses for sale • Manages a portfolio of clients owning investment opportunities or mid-market cap companies (valued from €1 to €20 million) with mandates to prepare confidential business reviews, promote and finally sell the target to strategic, retail, financial or other clients or funds, by achieving private equity funding. • Closes successful private equity SME transactions with sell side or buy side mandates • Represents HNWIs applying for the Cyprus citizenship, assisting them with new investment positions. • Prepares business reviews, feasibility studies, business plans and business valuations as part of engagements • Serves clients from Cyprus, Russia, Israel, India, China, Romania, Slovenia, Greece, Middle East, and other • Initial activities included the setup of a new franchise office in Cyprus to complement the existing offices of Barcelona and Hong Kong. Created a new business plan, budgets, representation agreements, traced new sell-side, and buy-side clients, and collaborators, built new trusted network of intermediaries, and prospect investors.
