My job is to help our prospective clients develop solutions that are robust and reliable. It’s my job to ensure our teams deliver client delight. In order to deliver on these exacting standards we provide a world class facility managed to first world standards. This means layers of power systems, layers of bandwidth provisioning and backup systems standing ready for any eventuality. My job is to ensure these systems are in place, tested and operational. This is ensured by our teams using the same ISO standards that we use to deliver sustained performance. Teams are people. Our attrition rate of 2.6 years is unheard of in the industry.
