Floreat is a privately owned investment group managing various discreet pools of private capital. Within the Floreat group, Floreat Aviation Capital (FACL) is the specialist aircraft leasing investment platform and is now recognised as one of the leading London-based investors in aircraft leasing assets. We invest in commercial aircraft, working with the leading global aircraft lessors and investment banks to source attractive investment opportunities. We have been investing in commercial aircraft since 2015. With Floreat's own capital deployed in this 'alternative' asset class, I manage the process of attracting additional private and institutional capital to co-invest alongside Floreat in attractive, risk-adjusted aircraft leasing investments; typically this is via marketing and distributing aircraft leasing equity funds in which Floreat is an 'anchor' investor. I also co-head FACL. My key relationships are with global institutional (and some private) investors operating in the aircraft leasing asset class, aircraft lessors and aircraft finance banks.
