With employees in Australia, the US, Japan, India and Poland, Integrate is a cloud-based data integration platform that helps read, process and prepare information from various data sources and integrate it with a wide variety of data destinations. Clients include Foxtel, Caterpillar, 7-11, and GAP. The business was acquired in August 2018 by Xenon Partners, a US private equity firm. Leading a team of Software Developers, Customer Success Engineers and Customer Support Engineers, my mandate was to double ARR, penetrate new market segments, increase search engine traffic, drive qualified leads and reduce marketing costs. I have enabled the firm to secure significant business with large enterprises by achieving SOC2 security compliance to build their confidence in the firm’s data security protocols. Following the firm’s acquisition, I recruited and trained a new technical team to take over product operations and development, while increasing prices and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. Other key contributions have included: ♦ Tripling SEO traffic to significantly increase the client base & annual recurring revenue ♦ Achieving CISSP, CISM & CCSP certifications to build credibility with enterprise client security teams ♦ Increasing annual recurring revenue by elevating the appeal of the product to enterprise clients ♦ Reduced cloud infrastructure costs. ♦ Developed & implemented dashboards to manage, optimise and track the parent company’s portfolio of 10 acquired SaaS businesses.
