Functional Muscle Fitness is an all inclusive gym that is changing athletic training and fitness. You pay a flat membership rate and you get around the clock coaching and programs at your disposal. FMF focuses their attention on each and everyone of its clients as if they all were professional athletes. Proper technique, nutrition coaching, athletic performance, rehabilitation, fat loss, and so many other services are offered.
