As an engineer, I have always defined myself as a "solution creator to maximize results". The Psychoanalysis allowed me to amplify this possibility of finding answers, extending it to people and human relationships, through the discovering and comprehension of everything that unconscious may impose us, positively or negatively. My mission is to help people in the process of self-awareness, enabling the recognition and confronting of their barriers, and the identification and empowerment of their talents and competencies to fulfill personal and professional objectives. That being, they will be ready to undertake personal projects or professional challenges, such as taking over a new position in the company, changing career, getting a new job, or simply improving life quality by balancing personal and professional lives. For the professionals in search of career recognition and progress, I will always challenge to leave the comfort zone and contribute with new perspectives for the personal and professional aggrandizement. For the expat managers who speak English, Spanish, Italian and French, I will not only support in getting the best results from the teams, but mainly, I will lead in the self-knowledge process, in their own language, either through the Psychoanalysis Therapy or Mentoring.
